Instructions for Authors
Citations Conferences is an international conference organiser and open access journal committed to prompt publication of articles on monthly basis. Submission of original manuscripts of high impact and scientific merit are readily welcomed for publication in this journal. All articles are peer-reviewed to ensure quality, integrity and fairness. Papers will be published shortly after acceptance.
Electronic submission of manuscripts with text, tables, and figures included in a single Microsoft Word file (preferably in Arial font) is strongly encouraged.
Types of paper: Three types of manuscripts may be submitted:
Regular articles: These articles should be original, novel and have properly confirmed findings with experimental procedures in adequate detail for easy verifiability by others.
Short Communications: These articles are appropriate for presenting the results of complete small findings or show details of novel methods, models, techniques or apparatus. The sections style of short communications does not necessarily follow that of full-length papers. Short communications are usually 2 to 4 printed pages in length when ready for publication.
Reviews: These are articles evaluating topical matters and concepts. It is compulsory for the study of a review paper to be supported by at least a reference citation of a previously published related paper of at least one of the author(s).
Review Process: All manuscripts are reviewed by members of the Editorial Board or externally qualified reviewers upon which reviewers evaluations are sent to authors for corrections and modifications (if any). Authors are expected to send their revised papers based on the reviewers evaluation sent to them for assessment by the Editor upon whom the final decision rests. A manuscripts process is either terminated if it is rejected by the editor or the manuscript will be re-reviewed if deemed of good quality but found inadequate in some areas, however, if the paper is accepted then it progresses to the next stage (Proof).
Regular Articles: The Title Page should have the title of the paper and also include the authors' full names, current affiliations, email addresses of all authors (both Institutional and personal email addresses are acceptable), along with the name of the corresponding author, phone, fax and E-mail information clearly stated.
The Abstract should be brief, revealing and easily understandable. It should state in a brief summary; the topic, scope of the experiments, show important data, and indicate main findings and conclusions. The Abstract must not exceed 250 words in length. Use of complete understandable sentences, active verbs, and the third person are required and the abstract is to be presented in past tense. It should be totally free of citations and abbreviations. Standard nomenclature should be used.
Papers should not exceed 10,000 words in length (all inclusive) with an abstract of no more than 250 words.
Manuscripts in Microsoft Word (12 point Times New Roman font, double spacing and 1" margins on all sides).
Follow formatting strictly as stated. Authors should include figures and tables within the text where they are intended to appear.
All the accepted papers for presentation will be published in the proceedings.
